Only a sharp saw gives maximum available lint room capacity and efficiency. Automatic gummer machine is used for sharpening the saws of delinter machine with 180 saws of 18 inches diameter. The said 180 saws should be sharpened in every 8-10 hours. This process takes 50 minutes and operation stops automatically when all the saws sharpened.

This machine is equipped with an electric motor of 3 hp 950 rpm. There are 36 gummer files exist in each machine. The total weight of the machine is 1200 kgs. and the sizes        250 cmx120cmx120 cm.
